I won NaNoWriMo!!!

I am so excited to share this news with you guys today! I am a National Novel Writing Month winner! I validated my novel tonight with 50,266 words.

I am still in shock and cannot wait to pursue writing even more. This has always been a dream of mine and to have a bunch of other people pushing along side me got my butt into gear. Then to have my friends, family and boyfriend cheering me on made me even stronger.

Thank you for your patience in my absence this month (I even missed miscellany monday this week! Unheard of!). I miss you all and can't wait to not have to hit "mark all as read" in my google reader again ... at least, until I start editing this. But we'll talk about that later.
