Last week only one person linked up, but it may have been due to my failure to "promote" my link-up, because several of you left very sweet comments about wanting to participate. If you haven't heard this story, it is about a prostitute who came and washed Jesus' feet with her tears and hair, anointed him with oil and kissed his feet over and over. The "rich" "fancy" people found her disgusting. She was not dressed appropriately, she was not "clean" by any means, but she came to Jesus as she was. That's all he asks of us. And Jesus forgave her completely. She was so much better able to understand grace because of the lavish grace Jesus poured upon her.
Wow. Just wow.
